Chief Financial and Operations Officer
The CFOO will be critical in overseeing the school’s financial health, operational efficiency, and strategic planning. Director of Advancement and Alumni Relations
Central Arkansas Christian seeks a dynamic and visionary Director of Advancement to lead the school’s fundraising and alumni relations efforts. The Director of Advancement will be pivotal in building relationships with key constituents, securing philanthropic support, and advancing the school’s mission.
Assistant Bookkeeper
CAC is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Bookkeeper/Office Manager. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in accounting, payroll, human resources (HR), and insurance management. The Assistant Bookkeeper will support the daily operations of the school’s financial and administrative processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with all regulations.
Varsity Girls Head Basketball Coach
Central Arkansas Christian is seeking a dedicated and passionate Head Coach for our Girls’ Basketball program. The Head Coach will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing student-athletes both on and off the court while fostering a Christ-centered environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and personal growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in basketball, effective leadership skills, and a desire to integrate faith and athletics.
Assistant Director of Advancement and Alumni Relations
The Assistant Director of Advancement and Alumni Relations will be responsible for helping to build and maintain strong relationships with alumni, donors, and other stakeholders. This position plays a key role in advancing the institution’s fundraising efforts, alumni engagement, and stewardship programs. The Assistant Director will assist in the execution of strategic plans to strengthen alumni relations and increase giving to the institution.
Middle School / High School History Teacher
The CAC Secondary Campus history teacher is responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing instruction in history-related coursework for students in grades 6–12.
Teachers are entrusted with advancing the mission and vision of CAC. In collaboration with the Secondary Administrative Team, teachers are responsible for executing standards-aligned curricula and instructional strategies that foster student achievement and growth.
Elementary Instructional Assistant
CAC instructional assistants are responsible for aiding classroom teachers with daily supervision responsibilities, learning material preparation, behavior management, and lesson reinforcement and review. They are entrusted with advancing the mission and vision of CAC. They are expected to display a responsible, Christian example in all they do while engaging students, parents and colleagues with respect.
Middle School / High School Art Teacher
The CAC Secondary Campus Art Teacher is responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing instruction in art-related coursework for students in grades 6–12. This includes teaching courses such as 6th Grade Art Rotations, Beginning Art, Painting, Drawing, and Ceramics, as well as sponsoring the National Art Honor Society (NAHS). Additionally, the CAC Secondary Campus Art Teacher will work toward growing the art program into a premier art program recognized for excellence in fostering artistic talent and innovation.
Computer Science Teacher
CAC seeks applicants to fill a newly created computer science position. The computer science teacher will develop grade-level appropriate and structurally aligned instruction in STEM-related disciplines such as coding, networking, robotics and computer engineering for students in grades 6-12. Successful applicants will have experience in instruction as well as a degree in computer science or a related field. He or she will be able to turn difficult concepts into innovative and understandable lessons. CAC faculty work in a Christ-centered and collaborative environment.
Mustang Mountain Elementary Administrative Assistant
CAC is looking to fill a newly created administrative assistant position to serve students, teachers and parents at Mustang Mountain Elementary. The administrative assistant will provide key organizational support to MME’s leadership and staff. Strong organizational and communication skills are required for this position.
Elementary Teacher
CAC is looking for teachers to fill various teaching roles. CAC elementary teachers lead with love in all aspects of teaching. They take their influence and responsibility seriously and reflect Christ in their daily interactions. They are committed to providing age-appropriate instruction that challenges students to grow in knowledge, independence and excellence.
Assistant Director of Maintenance
As our campuses look to improve, we are looking for help running our maintenance department. Maintenance duties include project management, help set staff goals, select contracts, identify inefficiencies, etc.
After-School Care – Elementary Campuses
The NLR and PV campuses are looking for adults to help supervise After-School Care workers for the 2024-25 school year. Interested applicants should have a heart for children and an understanding of CAC’s mission to partner with parents to provide a distinctively Christian education that inspires excellence, independence, and a transforming faith in God.
