Meet the Photographer – Drake

It is time to introduce the last–but certainly not least–member of the Pony Press team, photographer Drake Henson. Drake’s job includes: photography, videography, and content creation. “It is awesome to be a photographer for the Pony Press, and my interest in photography has grown,” he said.

Drake is excited to connect with the student body, and says that this role will give him the experience and exposure needed if he decides to pursue sports photography in college. Drake plans to attend the University of Central Arkansas in the fall to study kinesiology.

In his free time, Drake likes to build trucks. So far he has only built one truck, his current Tacoma, but he plans on one day building a truck for his future child. When he is not working on his truck, he likes to hang out with friends and play video games.

Drake recommends that students take digital mixed media as a class because “it is a fun time and very rewarding.” Drake is such a talented photographer and videographer and we are so lucky to have him as a member of our team!
