I am committed to do all things to the glory of God. Coaching wrestling is no exception, and I will put the spiritual growth and mental and physical health of the young men and women who wrestle for me above winning and above our success as a team. My deepest desire is for them to know and follow Christ, to display character and kindness that glorifies God, and to love each other as Christ has loved us. In addition to those primary goals, to the best of my ability I will strive to create an environment that will encourage learning, hard work, growth, and excellence from our wrestlers. I will give them the tools to be successful and push them to work hard. I will expect them to have a Christ-like attitude, demonstrate exceptional effort, and have fun.
