Arkansas Act 676 Vaccination Exemption Report

Per Arkansas Act 676, CAC is required to make vaccination exemptions among our student population open to public online. These records must indicate the following:

1. The number of students within the public or private school who have been granted from the Department of Health an exemption from the requirement to obtain one or more vaccinations as required by state law.
   • CAC has 8 students in grades K-12 with exemption letters.
2. The percentage of students within the public or private school who have been granted from the Department of Health an exemption from the requirement to obtain one or more vaccinations as required by state law.
   • 0.98 percent of students K-12 have an exemption letter.
3. The number of students within the public or private school who have failed to provide proof of vaccinations required by the state and have not obtained an exemption from the Department of Health.
   • Zero students K-12 have no proof of immunizations
4. The percentage of students within the public or private school who have failed to provide proof of vaccinations required by the state and have not obtained an exemption from the Department of Health.
   • Zero percent of student K-12 have no proof of immunizations
