Continuous Enrollment FAQ

What is continuous enrollment? This process will provide an exceptionally simple way for your students to stay enrolled as they seamlessly progress through grade levels without the speed bump of annual re-enrollment. In January 2018, all CAC parents/guardians signed the continuous enrollment contract as part of the annual re-enrollment process on RenWeb, guaranteeing their student(s) a place at CAC until graduation. Parents/guardians of new students signed the Continuous Enrollment Contract during the initial enrollment process.
Is there still an enrollment fee?Yes. Each year on February 15 the non-refundable enrollment deposit ($400) will be automatically drafted from your account via FACTS (our online payment system through RenWeb). If your child will not be returning to CAC the next school year, and you do not want the fee drafted from your account, you must complete the Opt-Out Form prior to NOON on February 1.
Can I pay the enrollment fee in installments?Yes, an installment plan is available. If you would like to participate, please contact Chad Tappe ( before February 1st and your name will be added to our list. As of February 1st, we will officially schedule each of three drafts of $150 (per student) for the 15th of February, March, and April. This draft would be locked in and would not be changed.
What if I do not opt-out before the February 1 deadline?The non-refundable $400 enrollment deposit will be automatically drafted from your account if you have not submitted the Opt-Out Form before NOON on February 1.
I opted-out, but circumstances have changed, and I would like for my child to attend CAC. What do I do?If you opt-out before the February 1 deadline, your child’s spot has been opened up for another student. Contact Chad Tappe ( in the Admissions Office to proceed with re-enrolling your student at CAC. The re-enrollment fee is $450.
How will I be notified of changes (tuition, fees, handbook, etc)?At the beginning of each calendar year, communications will be sent to remind you of the upcoming February 1 deadline. These emails will include links to our website where tuition prices, fees and handbooks changes for the next year will be updated. You may view those at any time by clicking here. Handbook changes will also be made during the summer months. All parents will receive communications when changes are made.
What if I need to update information on my student’s profile? You will be able to update your student's information (i.e. address, phone, email, emergency contacts and medical information) at any point throughout the year on your RenWeb account.
How does this benefit me?The removal of the re-enrollment process provides simplicity and ease. No more time-consuming forms and complicated processes! Sit back and relax until graduation!

Payment Plan FAQ

What are my payment plan options? When will my payments be due?Parents have the option to send payment on the 2nd or 16th of every month, with either a 10-month or 12-month plan. Your payments are processed through FACTS, our online payment system.
How do I access my FACTS Payment Plan account?You can access your FACTS account, make payments and set payment plans at any time by logging in to your ParentWeb account on RenWeb.
What if I need to update information in my account?You will be able to update any information on a continual, as needed basis through your account. Simply log in and edit it.
How do I know my personal information is secure?The FACTS Management Company partners with RenWeb and is used by over 7,000 schools. Your personal information, including payment information, is protected with the highest security standards in the industry.
I would like to make an additional payment. Can I still do that in person?All families are required to sign up for a FACTS account and pick a payment plan. If you would like to make an extra payment, you may make it in person through Terri Dodd in the Business Office.


How to Begin the Opt-Out Process
